Delicious apple cinnamon muffin
Very easy to use muffins. I keep them frozen take out what I need in microwave for 10-15 seconds . They are moist and slightly warm just as if they came out of the oven.

My Favorite Flavor
I enjoy the apple cinnamon flaxseed muffins the most, and I've tried them all. If you're expecting the same taste as processed store-bought mass-produced apple cinnamon muffins (or blueberry, carrot raisin, orange cranberry, etc.), you may be disappointed. But once you've tasted the purity of real flax muffins, and experienced no ill effects, you'll be glad you did and keep coming back for more.
