They were great!!! Costumer service was incredible.

They were great!!! I had a minor mishap with a missing piece, and they were there to help me get up and running on Memorial Day weekend. I got to sauna, and they sent me the missing piece ASAP. Costumer service was incredible. Everything seems well built and easy to set up.

Absolute Bees Knees

We love this thing. Wish we bought it years ago. We went with the nova six and the xl stove. It’s incredible, the stove is a work of art. I built a cedar bench for $150. My wife and I look forward to it every night together. Best routine, awesome time to be together away from our phones. Incredible customer service. So glad we went with north shore over sweat tent and the others.
