Not the product but the customer service

Was suppose to arrive Monday, it did not because it had the wrong zip code, that the system gave it and not the one I provided. I emailed them and they said it would arrive Tuesday. Nothing came. They told me to message the carrier. Carrier said it had been RTS. I reached out again, to see if they could send me another shipment. Completely ignored and get an email with money back. I had this item preordered. So I waited at least a month and was really looking forward to it. Then got ran around the drain and still don’t have the product. I can’t pull myself to reorder just yet but this whole situation has left me jaded. Please get a phone number where I can talk to a person. I still haven’t gotten my refund.

Great deck box

This is a great high quality deck box. The magnets are strong. There's a divider if you need it and it fits my sleeved Lorcana deck with extra room. Love the bright colors too! Matches the Wilds Unknown color theme.
