I wasn't really into the product right from the first tablet I tried. I noticed that dextrose is the first ingredient and I'm not a fan of different types of sugar. I had decided to try it out to see if I'd feel different about it. Wasn't really into it but the idea of a hydrogen tablet for better health is a good idea.
