Aurora Belle

This outfit arrived with snags on the crochet, and I am still trying to get them to return the merchandise. It has been five weeks of communication with this company and still has not been resolved. I am filing with the Better Business Bureau and also my credit card company. I was told I would receive a prepaid label and they aren’t answering my emails. This is the worst company ever. If I could rate it -100 I would do so.
