I absolutely loved this order! The sweatshirts were great quality and I asked Ashley to choose which decal went on each one, and I was so happy with how they turned out. The freshies smell amazing and have such cute designs, and the tote bag is lovely too. It’s a great size, feels really well made. Thank you so much! ❤️

The freshies smell amazing, such cute designs too. I really love the concept of being able to choose your own decal and sweatshirt colours, and the quality of the sweatshirts themselves is good quality, very soft too. Unfortunately my order arrived with the decals on the wrong sweatshirts, and I also received a transfer that we’d previously agreed would be removed. Ashley confirmed it was an oversight, but after I followed up to ask what the next step would be, I didn’t receive any further response. I was disappointed with how the issue was left unresolved, especially after placing multiple orders, but I wanted to leave an honest review that reflects both the quality of the products and my overall experience.
