HIGH RISE DRAWSTRING WIDE PANTS

The pants are cute but do not fit properly. I was sent a 20% of coupon as a new customer and was then told i was unable to return or exchange because i used the coupon. Very unpleased with the situation. Getting 3 stars only because shipping was fast and there was nothing wrong with the pants or packaging. They definitely should have made it known upon sending me the coupon that whatever i purchased was none refundable or exchangeable especially with the fact they know im a new customer.
