Slow shipping

Very slow shipping took almost 3 weeks to get. Battery seems to be well made straight forward install except for remote button need clear instructions would of 5 starred it but shipping was shipping time was slow and not on fedex they didn't get a tracking label made until about 4 days before it arrived

C1 36 Volt battery in an Ez-go txt.

Installed my C1 36 Volt battery. Impressed with the overall quality of the battery. Everything in the install went well. When I went to initially charge the battery my charger would not cycle on. I reached out to customer service. This was 9:30 p.m. est. , surprisingly to me I was immediately sent a reply and even a phone call. Simple issue my battery needed to be on to charge. I’ll tell more as time passes. So far so good. Impressed with the product and the customer service to this point.

Great Product

Good packaging, very fast shipping. Took me 2 hrs to remove the 8 old 6v batteries and clean the bay{broken bolt}. Did take another 10mins to cut down the plastic tray so the battery can sit flat. The battery install literally took 5 mins. Quick and easy. Came charged at 45% and I plugged it up to 60% then took it for a 3 mile test drive. Faster, stronger and transform the cart. Highly recommend doing the upgrade, I also sold the old 8 batteries for $450 so only $550 to go lithinum. My cart is a 2023 Bintelli BR6 6 passenger
