Korean Volufiline Collagen Serum

I received this product recently. Upon opening i noticed this product is just a very watery milky substance. This is not as portrayed. Upon researching, I read the reviews with the same complaints. It is said to be a collagen serum. No serum i have ever used has the texture of water. Clearly this is false advertising. In addition to that, the return policy is horrible they charge a repacking fee as well as deduct for shipping. It states if the item is open it is not eligible for a return. How are you supposed to review something that you don't open! Morally to the story is ALWAYS check out ALL the reviews and return policies. Shame on me! If I could have give a -0 review, I would have. For now i am just going to make a mention to the BBB. Photo 1 is what they advertise. Photo 2 is what you receive

I waited weeks for this to come in & that wasn’t the problem…. The item that I received was nothing like what I ordered. The bottle the branding on the label was not what was advertised at all. Extremely disappointed. I will not be recommending anyone to order this product.

It’s not even the same branding. I’m still waiting to receive a refund. Way too liquidy and in plastic packaging.
