Immature Plant Growth, Poor Quality, Website Misleading Buyer Beware

"I purchased 243 Frogfruit plugs but approximately 50% arrived severely immature, measuring only 1/2" to 1" in foliage length—grossly misrepresenting the product photos on the website. Furthermore, due to negligent packaging where (2) plug trays were stacked directly on top of each other separated only by flat cardboard, the delicate foliage was entirely crushed and broken off. The surviving plant tissue exhibits poor quality with a sickly, yellowing cast. When I submitted photographic evidence of this damage, the seller dismissively claimed the plants 'looked great.' Following an extensive email chain, the vendor refused to issue a refund or replacement unless I returned the damaged living stock at my own expense.
