Bulbs are good customer service not great

Bulbs seem to be working fine and are way brighter than the old bulbs I had from another supplier. Only problem was customer service trying to order the bulbs. Left emails, texts and tried the online message chat and didn’t get a single response. Only way we were able to do anything was to phone in.
