Triangle Corner View Clock

My star rating is not about the clock. The clock is cute, though I was surprised by it being partially made a cardboard. My rating is because of the terrible customer service. When they sent the shipping notice email it included a tracking number that had no information for weeks. The notice also said if you were purchased a large item it would be shipped and it would be taken longer, my clock was not large. After a week with the tracking number still having no information, I replied to the email asking for more information, no one ever give me a courtesy of a reply. I eventually tried the chat on the website. I did not get any useful information, though a day later I got an email, that finally provided some information. Essentially because they are in Canada and I'm in the US they gave me the USPS tracking number for once it crosses customs, but no tracking information for Canada. If this information had been conveyed in the shipping notice email I would have been fine though it would have been nice to also get a tracking number for while I was still in Canada. It was way too difficult to get to that point and at no point was there a I'm sorry for the confusion Weeks later, when it finally arrived suddenly they are very communicative. I've received no less than five emails asking for a rating of the clock. So while they had no interest in providing me useful information about my shipment, they have emailed me so much I'm starting to feel harassed to give a rating. So I'm giving my rating for the customer service of this company. Because right now my only strong feelings are negative feelings about the company despite liking the clock. And each time I get another email bothering me for rating I like my clock less.
