My product doesn’t come in until Monday, however I needed to write a review solely on the customer service. Roman is one of, if not the best store owners I’ve ever purchased from. The product speaks for itself. With the tariffs going on it took a little bit for my order to get through customs. But Roman kept in contact with me the entire time. Updates whenever he had one and his responsiveness and attentiveness to my questions were almost always immediate. I cannot wait to get the ring. I love the Lantern Corp and everything it represents. Willpower. Roman, if you are reading this, thank you. You have no idea how much this ring represents to me. Overcoming impossible obstacles and you made sure I was taken care of.
