Not the biggest online shopper, especially when it comes to hats. Was worried they would be shipped in a regular bag and get mashed during transit. Pleasantly surprised to receive my 5 hats in a thick quality box. Wrapped nicely in decorative paper and perfectly shaped. The hats stayed protected during transit and came in reasonable time. Very happy with the products and delivery. Hard to find a company now a days willing to spend an extra buck to make the customer happy.
