Delivery was very quick. The cards are packed with valuable information and are very robust. Cards are shipped in a sturdy compact tin container with the RNExplained logo printed on the top. A very nice clip- on retractable cord lanyard was included.

This lanyard comes with a large number of cards, but there isn't enough space on the plastic holder to display all of them at once. Before purchasing, I assumed the product was designed to accommodate the entire set. I contacted customer service to request a refund, and Stephanee informed me that you're not supposed to use all of the cards at the same time. That explanation doesn't make much sense to me, especially for those of us who work in the Emergency Department and need quick access to multiple reference cards. If the product includes all of these cards, the holder should be designed to fit them or that limitation should be clearly stated before purchase. PS... she never responded back. Credit card company notified
