Terrible customer service! I placed my order on September 21st and even paid an extra $13 for express shipping. It’s now October 16th, and I still don’t have my order. Getting any kind of response from this company has been nearly impossible. They’ve completely ignored my Facebook messages and have only responded to a couple of emails. One of those responses was asking for my order number, which I had already provided in my original email! It’s ridiculous to pay extra for faster shipping and then have to practically beg a company for updates on an order that’s weeks late. Extremely disappointing customer service. I won’t be ordering again!
