I liked the texture and taste and felt I was eating sweetened, higher fiber Kix. The crunch is good..... a good snack food for sure. I am a bit concerned about the high saturated fat content. note: I am 74 (class of 74!) and have multiple other dietary concerns about sugar and fat. But overall I think you have achieved your goal and I wish you all the best success as you continue to develop products. I will probably order some for reasonable snacks!

Great flavor, filling, and I did not have to speed eat to avoid sogginess. Because it was a sample there were some smushed morsels, and that affected the texture a bit, but very tasty overall. I am happy to have found a cereal I can enjoy knowing it is also good for my health.

Hi there - I read about your start-up and backstory in either Cville Weekly or UVA Today and was intrigued. My partner was diagnosed with celiac within the past year and I am now always on the hunt for gluten free products that aren't full of sugar and preservatives. And as a UVA alumna (2020), I was excited to support a Hoo! Thank you for the opportunity to try your product!
The product itself: I appreciated the puff and crunch of the cereal, it reminded me of cereals I enjoyed as a kid. But I didn't care for the wax-y/gritty texture of the puffs. The taste was pretty good - I enjoyed the sweetness - but maybe the whey product left it tasting a little like an artificial protein shake or muscle milk.
Packaging was great! The product seemed like it was fresh off the production line!
Best of luck to you as you continue the production process! I think there is a market need for your product, particularly in the GF cereal arena. There aren't many competitors (and other competitors are loaded with sugar).
