The size does not match the description at all — it is much larger than advertised. The product I received looks completely different from what was shown in the photos, so the pictures are very misleading.
The company refused to exchange the item because I did not request the exchange the very next day, even though this policy is unfair and does not properly protect customers.
The product I received was nothing like what I expected based on the listing. Because of this experience and the company’s unwillingness to help, I will never purchase from them again. They do not value their customers and do not stand behind the products they sell. I cannot recommend buying from this company.
