The base socket which was ordered recently arrived in excellent condition. Customer service, perhaps I mean Tom, was always excellent, too. He was available, meaning, he answered the phone call. His tips were excellent. After I did the reaming, which he suggested, it became clear the socket would need to be replaced. He helped me choose the right one, and indeed, it is the right one. Now, to follow the clear video instructions on BreezeCatcher website re installing it in the ground. Gathering the items required is next, and then a friend will help me in the final installation. I am a happy customer. And I LOVE my clothesline! Other neighbors saw mine, and ordered one for themselves. So we are all happy. Thank you so very much. Maida

We have purchased 2 Breezecatcher clothesline’s for myself and my daughter. They bought a new home and didn’t want to dig up the base so went to the source and was able to order just what we needed. We installed yesterday and she can use it today. I smile just looking at it😊. May be my best purchase ever from my favorite company to deal with.
