Route 66, The Definitive Field Manual

WAY overpriced for digital content only. I bought the "value" priced set of 6 guides; 5 of which are strictly digital. The overall info is helpful but nothing stellar. Then there's the whole "now I need something electronic to use it" with all the shortcomings of tiny screens, power, connection, etc. There is a note to download prior to starting your trip - but that 100% negates the best feature, which is an interactive map. If you're going to buy this, maybe go with only the hardcopy item, and use AAA Triptiks.
