SALTED CARAMEL BLISS

I love the high protein and low calories. The taste for Salted Caramel Bliss is decent, but not as good as the Chocolate Cookie Dough, so I'll give it a 4 for the slight bitter taste. Still a great bar,especially compared to others with 50% more calories on the market and less protein.

Glad that the newest batch are fresher both in texture and taste.

Wonderful flavour! Despite the low carbs though, I find there’s still an ingredient that spikes my blood sugar. Not sure what it is.
