Love the shorts terrible exchange policy
Bought these as a birthday gift and my sister wanted the longer length. I suppose my bad for assuming exchanges would be easy. I paid for shipping with my original order that was over a hundred dollars but to be charged an additional $17.90 to exchange an item is absurd. I get small business but how is this fair when the original order was only $10.62 for shipping? This will deter me from future purchases if I’m unsure of a size.
