VolumeLift Styling Pick Comb

Nice products, but the customer service is very poor. I purchased five VolumeLift Styling Pick Combs, and one of them arrived defective. I have sent five emails requesting an exchange, but I have not received a single response. The product itself is good, but it’s disappointing to receive a defective item and then be completely ignored when trying to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from this company again. I expected much better customer service, especially considering the price of the products.
