Personalized Adjustable Pet Water Dispenser

This product was a massive disappointment. In what’s interesting is they give you two options one is for the fountain only and the other is the fountain with the bottle what they do not explain to you is that the unit will not work without the bottle. I contacted them and was told that I had to re-order an entire unit for another $49 to get the bottle after a few email exchanges they offered me the bottle for $15 but at that point I had already purchased another watering system and requested a return and refund, but because they had printed my name on the side of the unit, they would not return it and only offered me a small percentage on the overall total. Overall, the unit is lightweight and flimsy, and not worth the money.
