I ordered Thomasina to replace one broken in an accident. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong item. On contacting the company I was immediately sent a replacement and arrangements were made to collect the original delivery. We are delighted with the new Thomasina who now joins Tom and Wilfred in pride of place on our mantelpiece. Many thanks for a wonderful service.

I purchased ‘Tomasina’ as I was looking for a mouse figure to finish a table I had made. This item was just what I was looking for and was of a high standard. Communication from the seller was very good and delivery was prompt, with the item very well packaged and protected.
