Ivy Trundle Sectional with Chaise

Great material on the couch, its soft and firm, seeming like it can hold its shape. However, ive had the worse experience from shipping and delivery/setup. Since it is a product that comes from texas (im from California), my couch originally came damaged to the middle trundle portion. So not only did the item take a long time to get delivered to Cali, upon inspecting it after it was delivered, it was damaged. So, then I had to request for a replacement, and it took forever to arrive! I ordered it in march, and I barely received the replacement for the damaged trundle piece just 2 days ago! Thank goodness the new part is not damaged. But man, having a damaged couch arrive after waiting weeks upon weeks to receive it was not a good impression. However, the material is nice, customer was helpful, and the storage is a plus.
