Black & Red Checkerboard Windbreaker Jacket

Jacket is beautiful and fits perfect. Shipping took longer than expected. Never recieved an update on my order until i messaged them a week later. When i got a reply, it was just a link with an amazon tracking number that was created a day beodre they replied to me. No apology, no human connection. Just a link. I love their products. Just the costumer cervice could use more work.
