Fantastic hair product

My hair stylist first put me on to this product years ago and I love it! It provides the perfect hold and texture while leaving my hair natural looking (not coated in product). I have very fine hair that desperately needs volume and hold to avoid looking limp, and the ruck putty is up to the challenge!

Matte, high hold product

I like this product, although I wouldn't really call it a putty. It's more like a thick cream based styling product. This product has very high hold, and no shine, which is great as that is what I was looking for. I will however say that to product stiffens up very quickly, meaning that when applied to hair, you have to know exactly where you're going with your styling, because this product will dry and stiffen up extremely quickly, and once it does, it becomes difficult to adjust or manipulate your hair. Also, the amount of hold this product gives with just a tiny amount is insane, so be aware of that. Start with the smallest amount, and use more if you need but in small increments. I've found that this product works best when used in combination with a lighter pre-styling product first, then use a very small amount of the putty to finish. Last of all, it smells quite nice, like that clean barbershop product smell, but not overpowering.
