I was in need of this particular tile because the name brand box store was out of it. I am clear across the country and spoke spoke with a gentleman who is very professional and prompt with what I needed. I gave them how much I needed and what it was he got a number back to me via email, I paid for it and it was shipped right away to me. The tile came in a nicely protective crate pallet and wrapped in plastic, i and my Client knew where it was every step of the way and it really looks nice!!! I am very satisfied with my perches
