This coffee is consistently balanced and delicious, with chocolate and berry flavors. I love this coffee so much that it is the only one I order regularly in 2 lb bags just for myself, and I make it using Kasuya's pour-over method with 30g of coffee per brew. This makes me the perfect cup that lasts me for half a day, and is never acidic or overly strong, just smooth and delicious. It also tastes delicious over ice so this coffee is a great all-rounder.

Inconsistent

I have been ordering this coffee for a few months initially it was delicious this year since February they shifted the beans and it is pretty weak.
