Overwhelmingly sour and fruity—nothing like coffee
We brewed this coffee in our Breville machine this morning, and it was genuinely undrinkable. It tasted overwhelmingly sour and fruity, with none of the rich, recognizable coffee flavor we expected. After one sip, I poured out the entire pot.
The blueberry aroma was so intense that our kitchen smelled like blueberries rather than freshly brewed coffee. I understand that this is meant to be a fruit-forward light roast, but to us it tasted completely unbalanced. My husband previously worked as a trainer at Peet’s, so we are experienced with coffee and proper brewing—but expertise wasn’t necessary to know that we strongly disliked this. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst coffees we’ve tried.

Hopefully Equator will have supply of this for future consumption.
Very smooth drinking coffee. Previously were drinking Anniversary Blend which was a bit stronger tasting than Ethiopia.
