KrUzer V2 - 50l
Watched the videos, looked at early reviews. Wanted a smaller volume board to pair with the foil drive. Wasn’t sure I needed a trench board so the KrUzer V2 looked perfect. Board arrived without a mark from the transit. As a 90 kg intermediate (at best!) folier I really wasn’t sure how I would go getting up with just 50l volume. But - no problems - first go straight up on foil. This board is unbelievably easy to ride and pairs perfectly with the FD.

KrUzer V2 28.5L
Straight away noticed I riding a lot higher on the mast compared to my old board. When stationary I’m chest-deep, so it like my surfboard, but that actually get up onto the foil pretty easily.
I’m running grey propellers with my Armstrong 890 MA Mk II, and even in waist-to-shoulder waves it lifts without much effort. The biggest difference is how connected it feels — much more direct through the board to the foil.
Overall, it feels efficient, responsive, and well suited to smaller conditions. Looking forward to seeing how it goes once the Perth sea breezes kick in for downwinders.

Game changing board
As a beginner prone foiler I was blown away from my first surf on the Kruzer 2. From really struggling on other boards I’m now getting more foil time than ever, pop up is so much better balanced and forgiving and I’m starting to pump and link up waves so the froth is getting real. Every second on foil is advancing me and this is where this board has improved me so much. 95kg and I’m on the 50L board but once I’m on foil it all feels light and effortless. Gotta say the big orange circle and kick at the back of the deck pad makes foot placement on the pop up a no brainer too, great design!! So much float and paddle makes the chip ins really easy and also equates to more time on foil, more waves and improved learning curve. So stoked this is an Aussie designed and made board too. 💪🏼💪🏼
