I absolutely love the hat (more attention to the packaging )

I absolutely love the hat. I already own the black one, and both are of excellent quality. I do think you should pay more attention to the packaging and shipping. It would be much better to send the hats in boxes, as mine arrived badly misshapen. I'm keeping it because I really love your brand and the quality of your products. However, I believe the hat should be packaged more carefully so that it doesn't arrive deformed.
