Coconut Fragrance Oil

I am very disappointed to note that the strength of the fragrance has been significantly reduced. We have been long-time customers with extensive experience purchasing your Coconut fragrance over many years. It has previously been well known among experienced users that the 500 ml aluminum bottle has a noticeably different scent profile, which we accepted and attributed to the aluminum packaging For that reason, we have consistently chosen the 100 ml glass bottles and have always been extremely satisfied with the fragrance quality and strength. However, with our most recent purchase, it is clear that the fragrance concentration has been reduced substantially — by at least 50%. This change is deeply disappointing. The product no longer meets the standard we have come to expect, and it gives the impression that cost-cutting has been prioritized over customer experience. We strongly believe a better balance should be maintained to preserve product integrity and long-term customer trust
