Drop Anklet

I found both ankle bracelets to be very sweet, and I am pleased that I ordered them. However, I never thought that you would take the liberty of putting both ankle bracelets inside one box. They were gifts for two different people and now I don’t have but one box. To further my disappointment, I reach out to customer service who quickly tells me that I cannot have another box nor can I even have a pouch so that I could give this gift without having to put it in a box of my own. I believe this is extremely poor customer service. You obviously do not want the young lady that’s gonna get the one without the box to know where it came from so she could possibly order something else. That’s just stupid marketing and I failed to see why you couldn’t have compromised with me and at least given me a pouch that bears your name and would make my gift look much more legitimate, and elegant.

It was good for about a week and now I have to tighten it constantly. It does not hold tight.
