I felt the quality of the hat was less than I expected, however the shipping was great. The packaging was horrible. Maybe if the packaging had been in a box instead of a plain mailer the hat wouldn’t have been smashed in on the front right!

The package sent in not very good for a baseball hat, inside hat was a flimsy piece of plastic - i assume to keep the shape of the hat, this was flat as was the hat and the hat is all bent out of shape and im unsure if can make back to a hat shape …. Wont be ordering any more hats online

The product came in looking horrible I cannot get the dent out of the bill of the hat it just came in a bag which they threw stuff on it which did not keep the shape of this hat at all so it’s useless as a piece of trash now
