These ube cookies are the nest. Had them at thr san diego little itsly farmers market and ordered them the next day to my home in phoenix! Love them

The ube mochi cookies are absolutely delectable! A soft, squishy texture, similar to Play-Doh, thick like a brownie, but with a subtle sweetness & mouthwatering flavor of ube, these have to be my favorite baked goods!
