great experience and fast delivery and reasonable prices. the pants are very comfortable and great quality. but... one of the pockets has a hole in it. so not great quality control before shipping.

I love my pants, I wear them as often as I can. The quality is better than most articles of clothing I've bought online, and they fit and feel great. The one size only was initially worrying as I'm a fairly skinny dude, but the drawstring and bands are strong enough still that I can fit a couple fairly heavy items in the pockets. So overall, the item itself is great. My experience with the shipping however, stark contrast. I know the blame does not lay on the company itself, but I wish they could find another means. I initially ordered only 1 pair of pants, early March, and then another 2 pairs on their anniversary sale a few days later. I recieved my first order over a month after I placed the order, and the tracking number was useless. It seems all 3 pairs were shipped separately, as one was supposedly sent to the UK where it was confirmed delivered (yet it arrived at my address weeks later), and the other two said they were still at the Thai border. At the moment I have still only recieved 2 of the 3 pairs I had ordered, and the tracking numbers do not reflect where these pants journey to me. I did contact the company directly and while they were kind and seemed to want to help, I do not think anything came of it as they merely reiterated the tracking numbers I already had. Overall, I would say the pants were worth the headache, but be prepared for a wait. I think I would buy again from the company, but would very much like to see improvement somewhere to alleviate the messy shipping.
