Misdelivered Package and TERRIBLE Customer Service! Avoid! My package was misdelivered by UPS to the wrong zip code, and signed for by a complete stranger. When I reached out to RDZ Parfums for help, they gave me a generic response telling me to file a claim directly with UPS. The problem? UPS strictly blocks the receiver from opening a claim for this shipment and explicitly states that the shipper (the store) MUST initiate the investigation. I sent RDZ Parfums screenshots proving that I was blocked by the UPS system and begged them to step in and take responsibility as the shipper. They completely ignored my follow-up emails. They took my money, the package went to the wrong address, and they refuse to help. Save yourself the headache and buy your fragrances elsewhere. Zero accountability and zero after-sales support

El perfume fue el que me lleve para una escapada a un juego de los NY Yankees y paso la prueba con altos honores. Rendimiento, proyecta sin invadir los espacios y lo mas salvaje fue que trajo conversaciones en el tren y el estadio. Estoy bien lucio con mi perfume.
