Just Starting Out
I've been using the ZenBud at least once or twice a day. It's very comfortable and easy to connect to your phone or laptop. If you let it go, it stays on for up to 30 minutes. But you can use it for less time, too. I really don't feel anything while I'm wearing it. Which is good and slightly questionable. I think I'm sleeping better when I use it before bed. But, I'm honestly not sure yet. It's a nicely designed headset. I'm committed to using it for the next 30 days to see how things improve. With anything related to your health, I don't expect immediate results. But I'm optimistic.

Good device, though some improvement thoughts
Overall a nice device, though still deciding on a number of things.
I like that I can just put the Zenbud on without needing to use gel or do any preparation. I do think it helps somewhat, and if I get home later than usual I can put the Zenbud on for 5 minutes and it seems to help me relax towards sleep faster.
It’s nice in a way to not have electric shock, but sometimes the nervous system effects of the Zenbud feel a bit too subtle, or I’d like to feel something to know that it is working. It seems it may be helping and time will tell, but I’m doing a number of other things as well, so isolating will be a challenge.
Having no sensation to know it’s working does make me worry that at sone point the ultrasound device could fail and if the speakers kept working I’d never know the VNS was gone.
I also personally wish the earcups were larger so they could go around my ears rather than pressing onto my ears. This would allow them to block out more outside noise which they really don’t do at all.
The speakers also aren’t very loud, which is probably partially due to the blue silicone blocking some of the ear. I know these aren’t designed for listening to loud things, but my quiet meditation tracks are often quieter than would be preferred even at max volume, which is also partially because the don’t block any outside noise.
I also personally wish the device were bluetooth, though I know these aren’t designed for long listening and the battery and technology for that would increase the weight and the cost of the device.
Given that the device is only designed for 5-30 minute sessions, the cable design works and it seems the ultrasound VNS may be helping.

Easy and Convenient
I can't say if it's having any effect, after just one week. But I can say, it is very easy and convenient to use. I just put it on each morning as I am having my coffee and checking my e-mails. No messy gels, just a comfortable headset. Naturally, I lose track of time, so it is very nice that is turns off automatically after 30 minutes. I can use them as headphones to listen to a Podcast without my husband hearing it, or I can just put them on and watch TV and hear everything, including my husband talking to me. I really HOPE this helps my Vagus nerve, because I love using it.
