My experience was great I will definitely make future purchases with this company. Also company's like this needs more praise thanks for helping our men and woman who serve there country, especially during tuff times any lil bit helps them. Americans helping Americans love it !!!

I received my bracelet the clasp was too tight, I could not close it with my fingers. I contacted customer service and they ask for pictures. They sent me a replacement right away which I am very happy with.

Loved the bracelet but the sizing tool Broke the first time I tried to take links out following the directions. It cost me $40 to take to a jeweler to get it sized.
