Giro Helios Spherical Helmet

Terrible communication and extremely slow shipping. I waited over three weeks for my original order, only for it to arrive completely wrong. To make matters worse, customer service would not help expedite the replacement shipment, even though the mistake was theirs. Now I’m stuck waiting several more weeks just to receive the correct order. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service and support when fixing an error they made. Very disappointed, and I would not recommend ordering from this company.
