Personalized Cozy Tent House with Name

The product was absolutely horrible, if o could give it a minus star, i would. The material was nothing like it looks in the picture. The rods were super flimsy and came broken. When I submitted pictures and ans asked for a refund, they said we can ship yiu another one, but yiu have tonpay shipping cost. I don’t want another, just a refund. I can submit pictures if you’d like.

I pretty much waited a month to get it and the pillow that goes inside is thin as paper. It’s too small to be a medium size and I paid $29.99 for delivery that took a month to get if you will I am very, very very dissatisfied. You put this out on Facebook YouTube TV everything and it is awful. Very very awful. I could sue. The pillar with my teeth wasn’t no cushion in it worth laying on and the medium look like a two box if you will bad bad service I am very disappointed.

Do not buy. It came with no instructions and a bunch of broken pieces to be used to construct the item. For instance the plastic sticks to hold the structure up were broken in many pieces. Not able to be used. The item is a lot smaller than it appears.Really for an extremely small dog.
