I have the complete collection of Thermobexta cookbooks and the soup edition is probably my least favourite, mainly due to the ingredients which for some are not the easiest to find. The soups and accompaniments that I have tried have all been delicious but there are several soups that I am reluctant to try due to an outlay of buying the expensive ingredients and then perhaps finding the flavours are not to our liking, which will result in having a jar of something which I will never use again. I do not believe the recipes in this book are as family friendly as in previous books and the ingredient list can stretch the budget.

Amazing Recipes

So far I have made the cauliflower cheese soup which was amazing! The next week made the creamy vegetable soup, my fav! The croutons are great, easy peasy and delicious. So far, the recipes have been a hit in our house. Once you have the stock made, it's too easy!! I was doubtful about adding the "nori" as i dont like it, but you can't taste it, it just blends in to make a flavoursome stock. Looking forward to a cook up this weekend, there are so many soups I want to try! This is one of my fav cookbooks

What a great book one of my favorite things to make is soup have only made 3 recipes so far but have totally enjoyed all of them and looking forward to trying more.
