Was sent the Windows install file 24 hours after purchase, not instantly like the website says, took two days and multiple emails and filing a complaint for get the Mac install file I needed. Followed the steps to submit request key to activate the software and nothing. Not activated instantly like the website says, still at the time of this review I have not recieved the activation key for the software. Multiple emails sent, no one from the company responds. Having to go thru PayPal to get money back, and I will get it back. This is a scam.

I had to buy a $300 gpu in order for it to recognize my graphics card. I have done a couple models on it but it has distorted them making them unuseable to print. Now it wont even complete a print, it begins and then has an error. I have not bee able to fix. I will try deleting and reinstalling the program and if that doesnt work it is unusable. I find myself still using Meshy because it works.

Never got any download information or codes. Tried reaching out and have not gotten a response. Seems like a total waste of time and money.
