Blundstone Unisex Originals Chelsea Boots

Very disappointed with my experience. The company does not clearly specify the exact model/year version of the Blundstone boots they are selling, which ended up being very misleading. I thought I was purchasing a current model, but instead received what appears to be an outdated/older version of the boot. On top of that, I was sent the wrong size. Instead of sending the size I actually ordered, it feels like they made an assumption because Blundstone uses Australian sizing and converted the size themselves. As a customer, I expect to receive the exact size I selected — not what the company assumes I meant to order. The lack of transparency and attention to detail made this a frustrating experience. For the price, I honestly would have rather paid the difference and purchased directly from Blundstone or an authorized retailer to get the correct, current model and avoid the hassle.
