So far so good! The amount of food noise this cleared is absolutely nuts! If I do get the munchies I have a few bites and I'm done!!! Huge help in that aspect Still new so haven't lost weight yet but I know this has made a huge difference for me

It might be too early to review the effectiveness of these pills. I was really hoping the "food noise" would disappear as well as a decreased appetite. Neither of these things has happened. I will finish out the month but my hopes are not very high after consistent use for one week.

Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Trick you into a subscription with no renewal or about to ship notification and refusal of refund. I would never buy from this company.
