The customer service was excellent. It took a while to arrive because of a problem with the U.K. courier and the customer service team were helpful and got back to me quickly. The parts are excellent quality and the product was easy to make with good instructions

It looks like it will be much fun to put together! Our only problem is that we won't be able to get to work on it until September! Hopefully, if we find anything wrong you'll still help us with making it right?

I have always been fascinated by dragons, so this was a must have, I cannot wait to build it
