Hi i bought this watch for my daughter and i put new sim card and still No Sim please i needed refund or replace

Terrible product and terrible service to try snd set up. Still not working properly. Waste lf money

If i could give it zero stars i would . Watch is a worthless peice of junk would not conect to anything . Do not recommend
