Absolutely love these shoes. So comfortable. I work in health care and wear them all day long. My feet are never tired at the end of the day

This particular style is too tight. My husband is diabetic and the toe pad is way too tight. This is very dangerous for him because he almost lost his big toe because of tight fitting shoes. The other style with the velcro pull over is fine. Is there anyway of replacing this style with the other one???? If so, how do we do this. Is shipping on you???? Because I am not footing a shipping bill to China. These shoes are worthless to him. Please advise how we can rectify this.
