I usually don’t review products but in this case the product is so above outstanding - if such a category. But I am most impressed with the customer service that I received. Apparently the first bottle engraved had a minor flaw, so I was called and given options. No pressure when I wanted a replacement. The final product is perfect and so impressive that I recommend no hesitation in ordering it. Packaging was more than adequate. I must give a shout out to Daniel, as he was courteous and very helpful. A true pleasure in this day of nonexistent customer service. A very well done company I will be dealing with in the future.
